Construction Employment Shortlist

Due to the temporary nature of construction projects most large construction companies hire on a temporary basis from project to project. A worker who followes these projects will be completely terminated at the end of each project and rehired on the next. Though some workers are wholly migrant others support a home base for family and trevel independantly. Many workers have a good reputation with several companies and can always pick up a project somewhere.
